Deck Repair & Construction

Industry standards specify a 10 – 15 year life expectancy for decks. This time-line assumes proper construction and the right materials. However, most will note that there are many decks still standing that are much older than 15 years. Custom Tile
You will find many contractors willing to install tile. However, not all workmanship is alike. The difference in the quote you receive may be the expertise of the installer and quality of the materials.
There are many things to consider when installing tile: layout, spacing, grout lines, corners, and other special cuts requiring skill and experience. Many contractors will begin a tile project without considering the continuity of the area, which results in awkward “piecing”.
